Plain-language terms for using Toolmigo.
As-is, no warranty
The tools on Toolmigo are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The tools handle the file formats and edge cases they were built for, but no software is bug-free. You are responsible for verifying that the output of a conversion meets your needs before relying on it. Always keep your original files.
Your files, your rights
Toolmigo never receives or stores your files, and makes no claim of ownership over anything you process. The input and output are entirely yours. You retain all rights you held before the conversion.
Acceptable use
Only process files you have the right to use — not copyrighted material you don't own, not private data belonging to someone else, not illegal content. Because all processing happens in your browser, Toolmigo cannot police this server-side, but the responsibility is yours.
Liability
Under no circumstances is Toolmigo liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools on this site. If that limitation isn't enforceable where you live, liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service, which is zero.
Changes
If these terms change in a substantive way, the change will be noted on this page. Cosmetic edits (typos, clarifications) will not be flagged.
